Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return & Exchange Timeframe
You are entitled to request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (based on the logistics carrier's successful delivery record or signed confirmation). For Products with quality defects (e.g., bent frames, damaged casters, deformed seat cushions, or missing parts), the application timeframe is extended to 60 days from the delivery date. Customized office computer chairs (e.g., customized color, material, or special size) are subject to the special provisions in Section 5, with the application timeframe starting from the actual delivery date.
2. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
To apply for a return or exchange, the Products must meet the following conditions: 1) The request is submitted within the specified timeframe; 2) The Products are in original unused condition, with no assembly traces, scratches, or artificial damage—seat cushions must be intact, and all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories (screws, wrenches, casters) must be complete; 3) Valid proof is provided (order number, clear photos/videos of defect details or product integrity); 4) Product model, specification, and batch number match the order information.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases: 1) Products that have been assembled, modified, or damaged due to improper use, overloading, or mishandling; 2) Incomplete original packaging, tags, or accessories affecting product integrity confirmation; 3) Requests beyond the specified timeframe without legitimate reasons; 4) Normal color differences or slight appearance flaws that do not affect normal use (caused by display devices, lighting, or production processes); 5) Customized Products that meet the agreed design and parameter standards and have no quality defects; 6) Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page; 7) Consumable accessories (such as screws, gaskets) lost or damaged due to normal use; 8) Products damaged due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, uncontrollable transportation accidents) or intentional man-made damage.
Q: Are the office computer chairs suitable for people of different heights and weights? A: Most of our office computer chairs are designed with multi-dimensional adjustability, including seat height, backrest tilt, and headrest height, which can adapt to users with heights ranging from 150cm to 190cm. The load-bearing capacity of different models varies; please check the product detail page for specific data (usually 80kg-150kg). For users with special body types, it is recommended to select models marked with "large load-bearing" or "wide seat."
3. Return & Exchange Process
1) Application: Log in to your account (or guest center with order number and registered email) within the specified timeframe, enter the "Order History" page, select the relevant order, and click "Apply for Return/Exchange". Fill in the application form truthfully, including order number, product name, reason for return/exchange, and upload relevant proof materials (clear photos/videos of defect details or product integrity). 2) Review: The review result will be notified to you via email or message within 2-3 business days. Eligible applications will receive a return authorization (RA) number and the designated return warehouse address. 3) Return Shipment: Arrange the return shipment within 7 business days after receiving the return authorization. Since office computer chairs have fragile components and precise part matching, please use the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging (thickened cartons, pearl cotton) to wrap the Products, and clearly mark the RA number on the outer packaging. Ensure all parts and accessories are placed in the package to avoid loss. 4) Inspection and Processing: The warehouse will inspect the returned Products within 3-5 business days after receipt, focusing on verifying product integrity, whether there is assembly trace, and the authenticity of quality defects. For eligible returns, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method; for eligible exchanges, we will arrange the shipment of the replacement product within 1-3 business days after confirming the returned product is qualified.
4. Shipping Cost Responsibility
1) Seller's Responsibility: If the return or exchange is caused by product quality defects (e.g., wrong model, damaged parts, missing accessories), the return and re-shipping (for exchange) costs shall be borne by the seller. You can pay the return shipping cost in advance and provide the logistics invoice for reimbursement. 2) Buyer's Responsibility: If the return or exchange is caused by personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the style that does not involve quality issues), the return and re-shipping (for exchange) costs shall be borne by you, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. If the return application is rejected due to non-compliance with return conditions, the cost of returning the product to you shall be borne by you. 3) Special Note: Since office computer chairs have a certain volume and weight, the return shipping cost for personal reasons may be higher, and the specific amount shall be subject to the actual charge of the logistics carrier.
5. Special Provisions for Customized Products
For customized office computer chairs (e.g., customized size, color, material, or special structure), returns and exchanges are only accepted if there are quality defects or if the product does not meet the agreed parameters confirmed by you. Before production, we will send the parameter confirmation form to you via email; once confirmed, no modifications to the parameters will be allowed. If the product does not match the confirmed parameters, you can apply for return or exchange; if the parameter error is caused by your own mistake, returns and exchanges will not be supported. The return and exchange process for customized products shall be subject to the additional provisions on the product detail page.
6. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, industry standards, or business needs. Any modifications or updates will be posted on the store's official page with the effective date marked. The modified Policy will take effect immediately upon posting. If you continue to use the store's services or place orders after the Policy is updated, it shall be deemed that you have accepted the modified Policy.
