1. User Eligibility and Account Norms

You confirm that all order information (e.g., shipping address, payment details) is accurate and valid. The Store reserves the right to verify, accept, or reject orders. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; a binding contract is formed only when the Store sends a shipping confirmation email.
The Store may cancel orders due to legitimate reasons, including pricing errors, insufficient inventory, suspected fraud, or non-compliant payment methods. For canceled paid orders, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method timely. You agree to complete payment using accepted methods and warrant legal right to use the provided payment instrument.

The Store strives to provide accurate product information (including dimensions, weight capacity, material descriptions, and assembly guidelines) on product detail pages. Slight differences may exist between actual products and displayed images due to display resolution or lighting, which do not constitute quality defects. You are responsible for selecting products matching your needs by reviewing specifications and assembly guides.
You shall assemble and use products in strict accordance with the assembly instructions. Improper assembly, use, modification, or overloading causing product damage, instability, or safety hazards shall be your sole responsibility. Unauthorized disassembly or repair voids any applicable warranty. The Store shall not be liable for damages from improper use, mishandling, or failure to follow guidelines.

The Store's total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Store's liability for fraud, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded by law, including personal injury or property damage caused by product quality defects.
