For domestic orders, shipping covers all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, excluding remote areas unreachable by regular logistics (such as some mountainous areas, border islands; specific remote areas will be indicated at checkout). For international orders, shipping is available to designated countries and regions, with specific accessible areas displayed when you enter the shipping address at checkout. Note that some international regions may have shipping restrictions due to customs regulations on furniture or logistics conditions, and we reserve the right to refuse shipping to such regions.

2. Order Processing Time

Order processing time refers to the period from order payment to shipment. For in-stock Products, the processing time is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), which includes pre-shipment inspections (verifying the integrity of chair parts, matching of assembly tools and manuals) and reinforced packaging. For customized office computer chairs (e.g., customized color, material, or special size), the processing time is 5-10 business days as stated on the product detail page. If processing is delayed due to force majeure or unexpected inventory issues, we will notify you in a timely manner.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Given the characteristics of office computer chairs (fragile components, precise part matching, susceptibility to collision), we only cooperate with professional furniture logistics carriers. Available shipping methods are displayed at checkout based on your address and product type: 1) Standard Shipping: Applicable to most regions. Domestic orders take 3-7 business days (5-12 for remote areas) after processing; international orders take 7-18 business days, subject to customs clearance. Full-process tracking is provided. 2) Expedited Shipping: Available for domestic non-remote regions and major international cities. Domestic delivery takes 1-4 business days; international takes 3-7 business days, with priority handling and faster customs clearance. Additional fees apply as calculated at checkout.
Note: Estimated delivery times are for reference only, excluding weekends, holidays, or international customs inspection time. Delays due to uncontrollable factors (weather, traffic, customs) may occur; we will not be liable but will assist in tracking and coordination.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on shipping method, destination, product weight/volume, and order value, with the specific amount displayed at checkout. Key policies: 1) Free Standard Shipping: Domestic orders meeting the specified value threshold (displayed on the homepage) qualify; not applicable to expedited, customized, or international orders. 2) Domestic Small Order Fees: Calculated by product weight/volume for orders below the free shipping threshold. 3) International Fees: Include transportation, handling, and export charges; import duties/taxes are borne by the recipient. We recommend checking local furniture customs policies before international purchases.
In addition, our products come in a variety of colors and designs, from simple and elegant black and gray to bright and personalized colors, which can be matched with different office decors, adding a touch of beauty to the work space.

5. Packaging Standards and Receipt Notes

All Products are packaged with professional anti-collision and scratch-resistant materials: chair frames and backrests are wrapped with thickened pearl cotton and hard cardboard edge protectors; small parts (casters, screws, tools) are individually sealed and placed in fixed compartments inside the carton to avoid loss or damage. The outer packaging uses high-compression corrugated cartons to withstand pressure during transportation.
A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to your registered email after shipment. Upon receipt, inspect the outer packaging for damage (deformation, breakage, water stains) before signing. You have the right to refuse acceptance if the package is obviously damaged. Check product integrity (whether frames are bent, cushions are intact, parts are complete) within 48 hours of receipt and report issues with photos/videos as proof. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; incorrect information leading to delays or losses will not be our liability. Address modifications are only allowed within 24 hours of payment.

6. Policy Modifications

Modifications will be posted on the store's official page with the effective date marked and take effect immediately upon posting.
